First Gobbler Certificate | ||
 If a youth hunter's first gobbler does not meet the minimum spur and beard measurements for an Outstanding Gobbler Certificate, he or she may apply for a First Gobbler Certificate. The hunt must have occurred in Florida and the hunter must have been less than 16 years of age when the turkey was taken. |
