The Division of Freshwater Fisheries Management (DFFM) is headquartered in the Bryant Building at 620 South Meridian Street, Tallahassee, Florida.  Staff is located in Tallahassee, five regional offices and two hatcheries and several field offices.

Blackwater Fisheries Research and Development Center

Blackwater Fisheries Research and Development Center is located in scenic Blackwater River State Forest near Holt, Florida. Constructed in 1938 and operated by the Commission since 1940, the Center has stocked millions of bass, bream and catfish into Florida waters. Located two miles northeast of Lakeland, Tenoroc Fish Management Area (FMA) is a 7,300-acre tract of land that was mined for phosphate until the mid-1970's.
