Dorados - salminus Description: Prominent conical teeth in two rows in each jaw. Lateral line is near the middle of the body and extends onto the tail. Streamlined, with a small adipose fin. Species: Six species Range: South America Habitat: Lakes and Ponds Spawning Habitats: Feeding Habits: Piscivore Age and Growth: To about 50 pounds depending on species.
