The staff of the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation
Commission have completed an enhanced biennial review as required
by 120.745(2), Florida Statutes (FS). The review consisted of
all rules that were determined to derive from statutory
authority.
The review was conducted by staff considering the requirements
of 120.745(2) FS and those of 120.74(1) FS. Staff has
identified some rules that will be repealed during 2012. No
rules were identified that would have any of the economic impacts
identified in 120.745(2)(a) FS. The Commissioners were
notified of the completion of the review at their November
17th meeting in Key Largo, Florida. The Chairman
of the Commission has certified completion and a copy of that
certification is a part of this internet
publication.
The entire
review is published in the format required by the
legislature.
Public input on the review may be provided
by any person. Any objection to the findings of the
review must state the objection to the information required to be
provided and identifying the entire rule or any subpart to which
the objection relates. Such objection can be submitted
electronically using the form provided on this web
site or in writing.
