Hunting Regulations for Ducks, Geese 
and Coots for the 2012-13 hunting season 

The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, acting under the authority of 
Article IV, Section 9, Florida Constitution and as approved at the public meeting held on 
Wednesday, September 5, 2012, hereby alters the 2012 -2013 daily bag limit for scaup as 
specified in Rule 68A-13.003(1)(f)(I), F.A.C., as follows to conform with 50 CFR Part 20, 
Migratory Bird Hunting; Final Frameworks for Late-Season Migratory Bird Hunting 
Regulations; Final Rule, published in the Federal Register Vol. 77, No. 183 pages 58444-8468 
on September 20,2012: 

Notwithstanding the provisions of Rule 68A-13.003, F.A.C., the daily bag limit 
for scaup shall be four.
