Avian botulism found in Cape Coral waterfowl die-off

An avian strain of botulism as the likely cause of an August waterfowl die-off in northern Lee County. People are rarely affected by this strain of botulism.

Flounder begin their lives with eyes on either side of their head. As they grow, one eye migrates so that both eyes are on the same side of the head.
