A scientific publication released Thursday officially announced the discovery of Chromodoris fentoni, a type of shell-less snail known as a nudibranch.
11th annual event is Saturday, April 2 from 8 a.m. - noon.
FWC Facts:Green or brown algae and white barnacles contribute to the natural camouflage that thick, gray skin affords manatees in the water.
