FWC asks witnesses to come forward in hit-and-run boating accident

The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) is seeking help with the investigation of a hit-and-run boating accident that occurred on July 28 near Miami.
Steven Michael Hudson of Miami (DOB 12/02/63) was operating a boat near the Dinner Key Marina in Coconut Grove when it was struck by another vessel. Hudson suffered serious injuries. Passenger Brenda O’Campo of Miami Beach (DOB 09/14/64) also received non-life threatening injuries.
The vessel that struck Hudson’s boat fled the scene immediately following the accident.
The FWC asks anyone who witnessed the accident to call the FWC at 888-404-FWCC (3922) or the Miami Dade Crime Stoppers at 305-471-TIPS (8477).
