Free Women’s and Adult Saltwater Fishing Clinics coming up in Jacksonville

The FWC is hosting a Women’s Saltwater Fishing Clinic on Feb. 17 and an Adult Saltwater Fishing Clinic on Feb. 18. The free, day-long clinics are from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. at Jacksonville University, 2800 University Blvd. N.  

Reef Rangers website is renovated, ready for more lionfish hunters

Reef Rangers is a year-round lionfish removal program where individuals and teams of divers pledge to remove lionfish from adopted reef sites of their choice.  

Hunter safety courses offered in 2 additional counties in February

Those interested in attending a course can register online and obtain information about future hunter safety classes at MyFWC.com/HunterSafety or by calling the FWC’s regional office in Panama City at 850-265-3676.
