Contracted nuisance alligator trapper sought for south Palm Beach County

The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission’s (FWC) Statewide Nuisance Alligator Program is accepting applications for a contracted nuisance alligator trapper in southern Palm Beach County (south of State Road 804).

Applicants must pass a criminal history check, have no fish or wildlife law violations, and possess a valid, working email address.

Applications must be received by Friday, Feb. 9.

The traditional hunter safety course covers the knowledge, skills and attitude needed to be a safe hunter - with 12 hours of instruction, a test and 3 hours on a shooting range.
