Bully netting and barracuda workshops scheduled for late February and early March

February 16, 2015 

The bully netting workshops will focus on commercial license requirements, commercial harvest limits and other potential management measures and at the barracuda workshops, staff will gather public input on potential regulation changes such as commercial and recreational bag limits, size limits, gear restrictions, region-specific regulations or other related management options for barracuda.  

FWC to meet Feb. 4-5 in Jacksonville

The FWC will meet Feb. 4-5 in Jacksonville at the Hyatt Regency, 225 E.Coastline Dr. The sessions start at 8:30 a.m. The public is invited and will be provided opportunities to speak.

The FWC will hold two public hearings Tuesday, Jan. 27, and Wednesday, Jan. 28, at 6 p.m. to gather additional public comment.
