at the north to just past the town of Horseshoe Beach on the south.

The five units of the Big Bend WMA extend about 60 miles along the
Gulf coast. Tallahassee is located approximately 40 miles north of the
northernmost unit, Hickory Mound. Perry and Steinhatchee
are located about midway. Horseshoe Beach is near the southern boundary
of the southernmost unit, Jena.
