No Daily-Use Permit currently required. To hunt or fish you must possess the appropriate license and permit.

Pubic Access

Daytime access throughout the year. Only non-motorized vehicles, equestrian and pedestrian access is permitted during periods when the area is closed to hunting. Vehicle use regulations.

Location

Putnam County; from I-95 take exit 88 (SR 40) west to Ocala National Forest. Turn north onto SR 19 to multiple entrances (approximately 20 miles).

From Palatka; take SR 19 south 11 miles to the stone gates at the main entrance of the WMA.
