Oak Scrub/Scrubby Flatwoods
Srubby flatwoods are transitional areas between mesic flatwoods
and oak scrub. Slash pine dominates.
Oak scrub occurs on deep sand ridges and is densely vegetated
with several species of low-growing oaks.
